The residential and business development in Hattyú-Street is situated in the historic centre of Budapest, within the castle walls from the 15th Century. The building represents the beginning of a "snaking" row of houses, whose construction follows on from the existing eclectic style of buildings of the early 20th Century.

At the corner of Hattyú-Street and Fiáth-János-street there is a gigantic vaulted gate which grants access to a winding passage towards the Vienna-Gate. In the basement of the Hattyú-wing there is a swimming pool. On the groundfloor there are shops, with offices located on the first and second floors above. The quiet Battyányi-wing accommodates flats.

Altogether the three buildings enclose a protected inner court yard with a terrace. Below the inner court yard are parking facilities.
